MontanaProBono.net is a project of the Montana statewide justice community, including the Equal Justice Task Force and the Access to Justice Committee of the State Bar of Montana. It is funded in part by the national Legal Services Corporation and the Montana Legal Services Association.

Pro Bono Net hosts MontanaProBono.net. Pro Bono Net also designed the MontanaProBono.net Web site.
Pro Bono Net is a non-profit organization, formed from members of the public interest legal community. Pro Bono Net uses technology to provide better access to legal services for low-income communities. Pro Bono Net's main projects include LawHelp.org and ProBono.net. Equal Justice Task Force
The Montana Supreme Court created the Equal Justice Task Force in 2000. Members of the Equal Justice Task Force represent many organizations involved in the law in Montana. These organizations include the Montana Court System, the Montana Legal Services Association, the University of Montana School of Law, and the State Bar of Montana. The Equal Justice Task Force is in charge of planning ways to help Montanans easily access the legal system in Montana. They also study the legal needs of low- and moderate-income Montanans, and they find more funding for services.
Access to Justice Committee of the State Bar of Montana
The Access to Justice Committe of the State Bar of Montana aims to improve and increase pro bono (free) legal services in Montana. The Committee assists judges and local bar associations in their efforts regarding pro bono legal assistance. The Committee also assists the Equal Justice Task Forcein planningways to address the legal needs of low- and moderate-income people in Montana.
Montana Legal Services Association
The Montana Legal Services Association provides free legal services to qualifying low-income Montana residents. They provide assistance in priority areas, such as family law, bankruptcyand evictions. The Montana Legal Services Association is funded in part by the national Legal Services Corporation and the Montana Justice Foundation.
