The ABA Center for Pro Bono annouces the creation of its Foreclosure Pro Bono ListServ list. The Foreclosure Pro Bono ListServ list is intended to provide an open discussion forum for those involved in providing or arranging for pro bono assistance to homeowners in distress, either before foreclosure or during the
foreclosure process. This list will be of most use to persons who administer pro bono foreclosure assistance or pro bono foreclosure prevention programs.
Participants are encouraged to post inquiries, comments and suggestions about the
administration of their programs on this list, and to engage in open discussions on the topic that will benefit the group.
