National Evaluation of the Legal Assistance to Victims (LAV) Program

The Institute for Law and Justice has released a report on its comprehensive national evaluation of the Legal Assistance to Victims (LAV)program. The evaluation revealed that LAV is an essential and successful program but that because of limited resources, there is still a huge unmet need for legal assistance.
