The Department of Housing and Urban Development has published a proposed rule that would revise HUD's regulations governing the disposition of multifamily projects that are HUD-owned or secured by a HUD-held mortgage which are being foreclosed to implement statutory amendments made by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004.
