Adjustment of the Immigration Benefit Application Fee Schedule

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will increase the fees for immigration benefit applications and petitions to account for cost increases due to inflation. The fee increases will apply to applications or petitions filed on or after October 26, 2005.
