On Wednesday, January 18, 2006, LSC will hold a Regulatory Workshop to reexamine "client grievance procedures" set forth in the Corporation’s regulations (45 CFR Part 1621). LSC has invited grantees and representatives of the client community to participate in the workshop, which will be open to the public. LSC management will seek guidance on whether and how to amend the rules and will then report the findings of the workshop to the Board.
